Job Description

•Follow up with PMs project timelines as scheduled
Proactively manage interventions when needed with any changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
•Ensure delivery of projects with the required conditions
•Ensure Quality control and monitoring across all projects
•Direct and manage contract development from beginning to end
•Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
•Develop customer relationship and associated communications documents
•Pricing of recurrent projects and new opportunities
•Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise projects team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
•Identify technical trainings and required on-job technical coaching for staff across all projects
•Ensure excellent customer focus
•Build Customer Relationship and maintain it
•Ensure timely visits and follow ups with customers
•Review drafts of PMs and confirm the compliance of the budgets versus the initial costing
•Constant cost improvement (new suppliers, best practices, optimization of resources, etc…)
•Deliver timely project consolidated progress reports
•Deliver timely project consolidated financial & cost reports
•Deliver timely project consolidated quality Report
•Deliver timely project consolidated expense reports
